DAYTIME EVENTS - $250 p/h (4-hour minimum) + $150 Cleaning fee (Daytime events must end by 4 pm)

EVENING EVENTS - $250 p/h (5-hour minimum) +$150 Cleaning fee

Discount offered for longer booking time. The below rates include cleaning fees.
